SHIPPING

  • Please note your order will not be processed until a shipping cost is arranged and confirmed.
  • Once your order has been placed a shipping quote will be sent to you. The shipping cost is based on the destination, packaging and handling and the size of your order. As soon as payment has been made for shipping your order will be dispatched.
  • We do not dispatch any order until shipping cost has ben payed in full, confirmed at our end.
  • Please send payment remittance to sales@afterdistribution.com.au
  • We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post or Fast Way Couriers, depending on size and destination.   Transit times will vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.
  • All orders are sent with a consignment tracking number which is emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. If for some reason you have not received your order within 7 days of purchase please email us so we can follow up the issue.
  • If you need to change any information regarding your order after it has been placed (eg.  change of delivery address or adding another item) please contact us, we are able to help only if the order has not yet been packed.
  • We ship to Australia and New Zealand wholesale customers only.
